ReplyDeleteI was trying to track down this video my cousin and I used to watch as kids and the one song ~does go~ "Color Wheel, color wheel spinning around...."
Your mention of it is pretty much the only reference I could find of it online.
Any chance you remember anything about it? The name of the video, who made it (like sesame street, or disney, etc) All I remember is the one narrator talking about how color isn't important, so then they take all the color our of the animation, and the female narrator goes "It's soooo gray! GRAY!! GRAY!! GRAY!!.
I figured it couldn't hurt to ask. In the meantime I'm gonna go check out your blog.

DeleteThat is so funny because I thought that I made it up! I was thinking of the Pinwheel song that started the show of the same name on Nickelodeon in the 80's. It was: "Pinwheel, pinwheel, spinning around. Look at my Pinwheel and see what I've found..." I am not familiar with your version but maybe it was on the same show?? Sorry, good luck!
ReplyDeleteAnonymous -Have you had any luck finding this video? I too have been trying to find the SAME video from my childhood. All I remember is the video was circa mid 80s and it was very corny, but the songs were catchy. The color wheel song, Get Down with Brown, Sad Red Fred.. I remember most ALL of the songs.. but I CANT FIND OUT ANYMORE ONLINE!!! Surely someone has to remember this...
